Can from Gloucester M5 Services, Gloucestershire. Clear golden with a frothy head. Has a pleasant clean texture that feels good in the palate, is light tasting, although not that stated in terms of flavour, just a deeper hoppy taste. Has a light carbonation.

330ml can. Gluten Free. Golden colour, white foam head leaving lacing and caramel, malt aroma. Taste is malty, caramel, grainy & biscuity with some mellow bitterness. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry bitter finish. OK.

Cask at the Ale Rooms, Knowle, Solihull. Poured a clear light golden colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is grainy gluey malt, cereal, yeast, floral woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a smooth, rich, malty, floral, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering, somewhat unpleasant bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. The hop combination seems horribly wrong. Where was the citra? I didn’t get any fruit whatsoever and the lingering bitterness in the finish was really unpleasant. This was bad from beginning to end.
