Intense sweet malty with layers of caramel and toffee sweetness building, brown sugar and cocoa, dried fruit shred, the apple brandy barrel aging is beautiful especially as it warms up, great mouthfeel and full bodied smooth warming malty close. BIL ??

Lots of apple brandy, I think I prefer bourbon for this but still really good. Just the apple compounds with the sweet raisiny thang 3 sons does and it approaches cloyingly sweet.
