Tasting at Matt’s
Hazy pale blond color. Nice aroma with some peach. Dry mouthfeel, light dank hops, a bit short in the final, not complete though.

Dec. ’16. On tap at Ma Che, Rome. It poured almost clear golden body with a small head. Light aroma of honey malt, herbal hops with minor off vegetable note. Flavor was bitter, dry herbal and tropical fruity which complemented well its biscuit malt counterpart. Thinner in body but finish was moderately long to long, dry herbal and sweetish fruity, along with some fine tartness. Except aroma, no major flaws, but it’s overrated anyway. Enjoyable, but quite sub par and very uninteresting IPA.

33 cl bottle poured in to a Tulip. Hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, peaches, grasses and a lightly toasted note. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter with citrus fruits and peaches. Nice fruit IPA, even through peaches in the beer never has been a favourite of mine.

At a tasting, thanks, almost no head, lightly hazy deepish yellow color, pungent mineral aroma with very lght fruitiness behind, flavor of peach skin andflowers, hint of minerals, medium mellow bitterness, light noticable sweetness. Nice and enjoyable.
