Bottle, small stable bubbly head, light hazy dark amber color, caramel, citrus and some floral notes, medium soapy bitterness. A bit heavy but still nice.

Can from Beyond Beer. Definitely reddish brown, big off-white head. Nose has a bit of caramel, and mild lemon-orange citrus. Slightly astringent, too-much-caramel taste I often associate with red ales. Pretty dry between that and the hop bitterness; a bit skewed for my taste.

On tap at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Hazy dark golden to amber, small lasting creamy off-white head. Lightly to moderately hoppy, overripe fruit, leaves, toast, a bit out of shape. Some honey and malts. Toast and cardboard flavour. Thin, some bitterness. Soft to moderate carbonation.

On tap at The Castle, pours a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out light resins and bready malt. Flavour is not that hoppy, with bready malt and a hint of caramel. For the name, I expected more hops. As is, this is pretty lame. Disappointing, especially for Lervig.

Tap at Bishops Arms Östersund. A meaty apearance and APA/RED ALE/IPA mixed taste. Verify. Ibid. Verified from 3.3.to 3.4. Well balanced red ale.

Fat på Bishops, Örebro. Klar, rostbrun med smutsvit krona. Rostade toner, rostad brödkant, råg, snäll kola-ton, apelsinskal. Lättdrucket.

(Draught at Muted Horn, Neukölln, Berlin, 10 May 2019) Dark amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, hoppy nose with citrus, toast and black-currant. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of toast, black-currant, citrus, crisp-bread, dark fruit and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and well balanced. Nice one.
