Brewed with Simcoe, Chinook and Nelson Sauvin hops, the caramel and chocolate malts complement piney, tropical fruit and citrus flavors and aroma. At 40IBU, this beer is not overly bitter, and the finish is a grapey/wine note from the Nelson Sauvin hops.

(Draught at Muted Horn, Neukölln, Berlin, 10 May 2019) Dark amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, hoppy nose with citrus, toast and black-currant. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of toast, black-currant, citrus, crisp-bread, dark fruit and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and well balanced. Nice one.

From the can. Mostly red with a frothy and lingering head. Aroma is dank cellar and rich caramel. Taste is bittersweet and well balanced. Finishes rather herbal. Body is to the light side of medium, a slight wateriness is noticeable but expected given the ABV. Sessionable, pleasant drinking.

Bottled 330ml. -at Pivoteka Zagreb. Unclear amber coloured, small off-white head, caramel and whiff of stale hops in the nose. Sweetish malty, caramel, sugary, some stale hops and rather sweet finish. Not in best shape but BBE date is 09.19???
