Bottle. Mitchell’s Wines. Hazed yellow with a decent shiny white foam. Wheaty and smoky notes first. Distinctly herbal (that’ll be the bay, then). Some lemon rind. Taste has a modicum of sweetness but overall it’s quite bitter with lots of lemon peel and herb forward hop leaf. Nicely creamy mouthfeel. Bitter finish tempered by some wheaty sweetness. Didn’t mind the bitterness here. Kind of a wheat beer / IPA hybrid thing.

On tap at King's Head Bristol. Hazy pale gold colour. Spicy herby coriander aroma. Some orange peel . Very herbal. Cold. Its decent though. Not much bitterness. Can't see a German brewing this but it's decent. Interesting
