From tap at Salt Horse, Edinburgh. Fruity hop with citrus, grass, zesty orange, tropical notes. Medium bitter with a light sweetness and a somewhat dry finish. Decent, but lacks that depth I associate with The Kernel IPA's.

Tap at Tilt. Light misted gold with white head, good retention. Nice intensity to the aroma, quite fruity and earthy. Taste of strawberry, citrus, mango and pine with a decent bitter punch. Very good all round IPA.

Bottle from Westhill Service Station. It pours hazy dirty blonde with a thick, frothy white head. The aroma is fresh, bright, tropical, lychee, pink Turkish delight, kiwi, melon, star fruit and crunchy white grape. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, pleasing bitterness, touch green, pithy, zesty, windy, lime peel, grapefruit, fragrant, quite floral, green fruits, white grape, crunchy melon, kiwi, lychee and pine with a drying, green finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Plenty going on in this number. Flavourful.

Bottle from Against The Grain. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of melon, orange and kiwi fruit. Flavour of juicy tangerine and dried mango. Medium body with a snooty mouthfeel. Soft fizz. This is punchy and delicious.

From tap at the Taproom in Bermondsey 30.03.25. Listed simply as C.R.E.A.M. on the board, but the barman showed me a handwritten note with the hops. Hazy pale yellow straw colour. Diminishing white head. Refreshing aroma and taste of pale malt, lemon, lime, grapefruit, papaya and hints of lemon grads. Very quaffable! Crisp mouthfeel.
