Panda from danlo, thanks Ed! Pours clear gold, slim later of white bubbles. Aroma: apple skins, sweet, mildly floral. Taste: towards sweet, apple core, tangy apple, tart/sharp, drying acidity. LIght to medium body with spritzy carbonation. Tastes way below the ABV.

750ml wired cork bottle from the Cheese & Wine Shop, Darlington. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, clear golden colour, white foamy head that retains as a thin layer and aroma of apple, fruit, with bread & yeast hints. Taste is sweetish, appley, fruity, core, tangy, sugary, with some tartness and drying acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.
