The aroma is fresh, fragrant, funky, barnyard, elderberry, hibiscus, rose, juniper, vinous and lovely red berry. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, bright tartness, acidity, minerality, grapefruit, red berry, elderberry, juniper, hibiscus, fragrant, floral, vinous and tactic twang with a tangy finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Lovely stuff. Best Burning Sky I've had for a while.

Tap. Crow. Mostly clear deep dark pinky red. Slim pink foam. Nose has fresh dark berry fruit. Touch of fruity yoghurt. Some vinous grapey barrel notes. Taste is lightly tart. Nice juicy fruit sweetness. Very clean and a little dry. Fruity tart finish. Good quaffer stays on the less complex side of a foudre job.
