Can shared at post Salikatt Peders event thanks to Sam, deep sweet juicy fruity and malty, notes to white grape, gooseberry and some mango and tangerine, dense creamy sweet malty backbone, solid hoppy as warming finish. Glad to have shared this one 😃

Can, ,#8, two weeks after canning. Pours opaque yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is grassy hops with citrusy notes of lime, grapefruit, litchi, ripe mango and apricots, as well as hay, honey and oaty minerals. Creamy body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is dank hops with tropical notes of ripe passion fruits, apricots and citrusy notes of lime and grapefruit, as well as notes of hay, oats and floral minerals.

Dag 4 i mitt fasadevaskprosjekt, og i akutt behov for inspirasjon for dag 5 har jeg lagt sykkelturen til mitt bemannede fjernlager i Verksgata. Resultatet er meget oppløftende, fire nye fra våre lokale helter i Hillevåg! 0,44 boks: uklar skittengul med utmerket skum som holder følge til bunns. Velgjørende duft og smak som umiddelbart gir meg det nødvendige støttehjulet inn i komfortsonens hovedmanesje. Tropiske frukter, ananas, druer, saftig citrus and whatnot. Dyp og fløyelsmyk maltsmak fra Golden Promise. Dyr, men verdt hver eneste pensjonskrone. Tankene om morgendagens stigeklatring forsvant i takt med at nivået i glasset sank.
