Extremely tropical and just oozing with overly ripe fruit character, I’m in Your Mind gets its explosive aroma and flavor from impactful hops. The first, Eclipse, an Australian hop reminiscent of Galaxy is new to Cellarmaker. It delivers a wallop of punchy brightness that jumps out of the glass. Then there are Nectaron and Nelson, the two loudest New Zealand grown hops. Lastly, we layer in a little Strata and Columbus for some top shelf ganja notes.

Grapefruit anf pineapple. Light Nelson, some nectarine in here. Clear golden pour without much head. Light bitter end. I kind of enjoyed the Electric Eye and Hop Slanging a little more just now, though this is still good. Bitter end with a hint of hop tang. Tap at Dominion.

Can, from The Hoptimist, Manhattan (Jul 2025). Pours clear golden with a small frothy off-white head, light citrus peel aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter orange peel, faintly piney taste, thin body, long finish. Very good WC IPA.

Tap. Pours clear golden yellow, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is quite light, herbal, a hint vegetal, grape skins. Flavor is light sweet, medium bitter. Light plus body. Not my jam

Pint can pours with a fairly clear gold colored body that supports a nice near white head of foam. The aroma offers up tropical notes of peach, mango, cantaloupe, a bit of honeydew and then thin clouds of funky guava fighting against a bit of grapefruit. The taste delivers an initial pleasing bitter grapefruit like bitter citrus hoppiness and then slowly bleeding into mango, peach and honeydew. Nice. There's a pleasing bitter hop to sweet flavor hop balance that wasn't clear in the nose but delivers in spades here in the taste. This works. Solid.
