Can at home picked up from Sainsbury's. A translucent golden orange coloured pour with a lasting fine white head. Aroma is pithy citrus, guava, white sugar, breakfast orange, grapefruit. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, light citrus sour, grapefruit, guava, opal fruits. lime twist. Palate is medium sweet, light tang, pithy finish, moderate carbonation. Pretty drinkable for a VC beer.

Can from Sainsburys. Hazy golden body with a thick white head. Fine carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pineapple, coconut milk and orange. Flavour of grapefruit, lemon and pina colada. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Sour and refreshing.

What’s not to like? If you’re seeking a juicy, tropical and mellow sour beer, this really hits the spot. Relaxed acidity, bright and fresh pineapple, decent bittersweet grapefruit. Very well balanced. Firmly not a novelty beer. This is a breakfast beer for sure.
