Can thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - not golden as implied. It’s a hazy orange. Nose - a bit biscuit and caramel. Geraniums. Taste - orange and biscuits. Caramel biscuit finish. Palate - light bodied with a creamy yet crunchy texture. Dry crunchy finish. Overall - not golden but good.

Can. Orangey gold with a loose white head. Aroma of grapefruit, apricots, biscuit, a little pine. Light bodied. A little hay and biscuit, stone fruit and grapefruit, dry and spicy with moderate bitterness at the end. Any charm in the malt side of things has little chance to shine, but this is pretty good and a bit of a pick-me-up.

355ml can into shaker. Collaboration with Hilltop Hoods (apparently). Lovely golden colour, two finger frothy white head, light carbonation. Soft aroma of malt, pepper and citrus. Zingy and metallic in the mouth. Finish is a bit funky(!) and grainy with late tin and bitter lemon. Quite harsh for a golden ale. A bit of a disappointment (for THIS brewery). Songs listened to: The Nosebleed Section, Cosby Sweater, The Hard Road.
