A love letter to Nelson Sauvin — this hazy IPA dives headfirst into everything this iconic hop has to offer.
The nose hits with a spicy, almost diesel-like intensity, layered over subtle hints of underripe apricot and crushed herbs. On the palate, a soft, full body carries a touch more carbonation than usual, giving it lift and vibrancy.
The finish? Long, green, and unmistakably Nelson — a persistent herbal bitterness.
Hops: Nectaron Cryo and Nelson Sauvin.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Just a very light haze on this orange gold beer, small off white head. Light palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, a fairly forward sweetness. Candy hops. Some pine. Sugary stone fruits. Mild grass underneath. A little sugary grape before a light and semi dry finish that is bizarrely, slightly bitter. Don't hate this but it tastes a bit all over the place.

Nose is stone fruit, grass, pine nip, hop spice, Nelson spike, guava.
Taste comprises bitter orange, pine resin, grass, dank chimes, stone fruit, green berry tang, grapefruit.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous Nelson infused hop bitterness.
Solid hop shizzle ... so much Nelson love doing the rounds at present!

Dorée, pâle, col crémeux banc-cassé presque jaunâtre.
Arôme est frais, effet de drêche, hop bag goodness chargé en notes de résine, pin, herbacé et repris en retrait par des pointes tropicales.
Palais sur une belle approche herbacée, sec avec une touche de haze, abricot – tropical avec côté goyave, pêche et notes d’agrumes sur le pamplemousse qui perce en retrait.
