C’est avec un grand plaisir que nous avons brassée il y a quelques semaines une superbe IPA avec Guillaume de la brasserie Le Ketch. Hippocampe met en vedette plusieurs houblons (Nelson Sauvin et Motueka) de la Nouvelle-Zélande ainsi que du Citra. Il en résulte une bière intensément marquée par le houblons. Vous y trouverez des notes de fruits exotiques sur fond de arômes de fruit de la passion, de goyave, de kiwi avec une base ultra crémeuse.

Right. Smooth, juicy and tropical fruity with some pine, floral hops, citrus, grapefruit and hints of herbal notes. Quite crushable

Pours cloudy yellow with a lasting and lacing white head. Aroma: ripe pine, orange pith and confectionery. Taste: juicy and tropical. Bit hop burn.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones and some tropical hops notes and with a semi-dry finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones notes, some tropical hops notes and a semi-dry finale. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA with nice tropical focus floral hops notes with creamy notes.
