Our take on the classic British Ale. Beautifully hoppy on the back of both Pale and Crystal malts with a beautiful copper hue and a sweet long finish. Using US Citra hops as the main hop it features tastes of grapefruit, lime, passion fruit and lychee and you may even be able to pick out hints of out melon and gooseberry. A clean and crisp Pale Ale with a lot of late edition hops and a flavor that will dance on your tongue.

A reddish copper ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, very nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light mineral notes, light citrus, nice and British. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with loads of resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, treacle, light butterscotch, very nice. On tap at brewery.

On tap at Heart of Darkness, pours a hazy copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt and light hops. Flavour is balanced well between gentle biscuity malt and piney hops. Clean and well-made. Solid.

Tap at the Ho Chi Minh brewpub. Poured a crystal clear copper colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet with a crisp, fresh pale malt, woody hop, light fruit palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
