Magenta with a very quickly fizzing head. Notes of fruit, lightly sour, a bit of barnyard. Medium body. Dry finish. Really let down with this one. Minimal wine barrel notes, no blueberry to speak of and just an overall mediocre brew.

Geprobeerd met LiekevdV, Roelzie, Koenzie, Mimi, Anne, Romy, Meindert en Sanne tijdens een Tasting By Mimi @Tom. Het is een troebel rooskleurig bier met weinig tot geen schuim. Het heeft een aroma van frise bessen geur. De smaak is vol fruitig, fris zuur met tonen van druiven en bosbessen.

Bottle. Color: Hazy purplish red, fast disappearing pink head. Aroma: Vinuous, blueberry. Taste: Equal vinuous, blueberry. Some wild yeast funk and wood. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Moderate tart, light sweetness. Ok, but I was hoping for some more complexity.
