Lemon creampie with strong funky yeastiness dominate the nose. Very dry. A bit simple nose. The yeast really dominates with some lemon creampie and black pepper. Good middle of the road saison that doesn’t take me anywhere special but I’d have it again.

Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of peppery yeast, herbs and citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Taster at Atomic Liquors. Pours a hazy yellow, with a small, off-white head. The aroma is lemongrass, biscuit, strong cloves, and ginger. Sweet, with a light bitterness. Medium body, with a chewy, thick feel. This is a solid, yeasty, and sharp saison. Pleasant.

Keg at Druggists, Singapore. Clear golden, small head. Fruity nose with lemon, ginger and lemongrass. Mid sweet with with medium-full body and rounded mouthfeel. Marmelade with ginger and marzipan. Fruity and spicy, rather heavy. Mildly peppery warming finish. Bold American style saison.

On tap at Lovebucket. Pours hazy orange. Peach, bubblegum, pepper, bread, grapefruit. Medium body. Good.

A lightly hazed golden saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with loads of candy sugar, light curacao, banana esters, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity Saison with banana esters, cloves, curacao, silky mouth, and exemple. On tap at Fatfish, Danang.

Draft at Taps Beer Bar, Changkat, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is grainy yeast. The flavour is acid citrus, light sweet with a watery, grainy aromatic floral hop bitter palate. Light to medium bodied with lively carbonation. Struggled to finish this.

Saigon Saison 7.2% at the taproom. A nice warm honey gold, with a great peppery wheaty spicy saison funk. Citrusy lemon, wheat & peppery spice with some sweet boozy heat. Tasty and my kind of saison. Lemongrass & black pepper went into it with a fairly dry finish.
