From tap at De Drie Dorstige Herten, Utrecht. Aroma is tons of fruity hops, orange marmalade, sweetish malt, some pine resin. Flavour is above moderate sweet and fairly bitter with a smooth bittersweet finish. Body is a sturdy above medium. Nice and rich bittersweet citrus orange IIPA.

Bottle from Stoneworks Peterborough. Deep Amber colour with a white head. Aroma is orange bitter and pith. Taste bitter. Full body.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is tropical citrus fruit, caramel malt, woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet with a rich, smooth, fresh, super fruity, woody resin hop, light alcohol, light pepper spice palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle from Beer Gonzo. Murky orange body with a thin off-white head. Good lacing. Aroma of orange, dried mango and pine resin. Flavour of sweet peach, caramel and lime chutney. Medium to full body with a creamy texture. Soft fizz. It’s very smooth for the strength but perhaps a touch on the sweet side.

Bottle from Beer District, Buxton, Derbyshire, consumed at Isobels, Eardisley, Herefordshire Saturday 24th December 2016 Pours dark amber, murky with a large frothy off white head. It’s a big beast of a beer, sweetness it’s malty but there is always a big hoppiness sat on the backseat. Some heat from the alcohol, good beer. A7 A3 T8 P4 Ov16 3.8

330ml bottle from Beer Gonzo. Pours a hazy dark amber, good off-white head. Aroma of sweet exotic fruit. Taste is sweet juicy tropical fruit, caramel, orange, pine and more juice. Veers towards being overly sweet, but just enough to keep it moreish and enjoyable. Good DIPA.

Bottle. Nose is rich tropical fruits pineapple, mango, peach hint of lime. Taste is sweet tropical fruit, pineapple, lime, mango, melon, caramel, moderate hop bite in a relative short sweet finish. It’s a good sweet dipa, which is an increasingly crowded market place
