12oz bottle pours a clear, dark gold with some creamy, white head. Nose has some corn, some straw, a little yeast, some lemon, a little leafy hop. Smells like Cascade hops. Flavor is a little bit astringent, like dry hopping gone wrong, lemon, cleaning fluid, some wet flour. Oily finish.

Sampled from the tap. Pours a clear crisp gold eyed a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice grass crispness with grain and hay backing. Flavor has some grass up front that mellows into a hay and sweet grain finish.

12 oz bottle purchased as a single at France 44 in Minneapolis. The pour is clear golden with a well formed one inch egg white head. Decent lacing left on the glass. The aroma is faint sweet cereal grain malt along with a bit of lime citrus. The taste is certainly focused on the cereal grain, which has a gritty earth flavor that shows as a bit dirty in the long finish. The palate is light to medium bodied, active carbonation and the dry somewhat dirty finish.

Pours a light yellow-gold, with no head to speak of. Very grassy aroma, some breadiness. Flavor is very grassy, too, without a whole lot of complexity underneath. It’s not a bad beer, but not anything special.
