Draught@CBC2016. Orangeish red colour with a mediumsized foamy slightly off-white head. Aroma is raspberries, tart wood and some wine gums to it. Flavour is tart raspberries, some tropical fruits, wine gums, some earthy elements. Nicely dry and tart.

[5/14/16] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Green session. Nice glowing red color. Aroma of yogurt, pickled vegetables, berries. Tart and refreshing flavor with lacto, berries. Pleasant.

Sample at CBC 2016. Pinkish with a small pink head. Aroma of light berries, passion fruit, oak and some funk. Similar taste. The body was light. Soft and easy to drink, a nice summer beer.

Tap at CBC ’16. Vibrant luminous pink red with a small pink head. Aroma of huge fresh passion fruit. Flavour is light moderate sour. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Lovely!
