Bottle at Taps Beer Bar, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy light amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is big grass bucket hop, citrus fruit. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a light, crisp, grass nettle hop palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Very one dimensional. I’ve nothing against hops but the hop bucket really fell into this and it was a really big bucket!

Light amber, thin head. Woody c hop nose. Thin head. Earthy c hop taste, with a fair bit if bitterness. Good for what it is, but a bit old school in 2015.

Schooner on tap @ The Pumphouse. Sharp floral nose. Clear amber beer with thin white head. High carbonation. Flat, sharp, bitter mouthfeel. Finish is aspirin and a little funky. It’s a bit flawed to be honest.

Nice effort from the sisters. If there is such a thing as a light IPA this it it.

Pours crystal clear gold with a fading head.Nose shows some sweet malt, faint cardboard notes and faint spicy hops.More sweet malt as a flavour but again its got some musty/cardboard-like notes. Some herbal and spicy hops show through.

Growler, 10C. Clear golden amber with a white head that lasts fairly well. Aroma of ruby grapefruit, passionfruit, a little peach, white pepper. Light bodied. Bittersweet with hay, slight toast, rather more tropical fruit than suggested by the aroma, zesty and quite peppery at the fairly bitter finish. Not a lot to it but pungently fresh.
