Tap at Olsnedkeren, Copenhagen. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeast, grassy hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a dry hop bitter palate. Light bodied with average carbonation.

Draught@Ølsnedkeren, Copenhagen. Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is herbal, some grass, mild toffee, fruits and floral notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, wooden, earthy and quite tasty. Very fresh.

Draught at Ølsnedkeren Århus. Vinous aroma, like old lager. Cloudy grey amber colour, even looks greenish. Small greyish head. Tastes old and oxidised, very papery. Quite bitter and quite astringent.

Hazy golden with a white head. Grain, light malt, detergent and veggie notes. Flavour is above moderate sweet and bitter. Above light bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap@ ølsnedkeren. Pours golden color with a thin white head. Malty, grainy, wet hay in aroma. Flavor has hay, grains, dust. Dry finish. Kinda interesting.

Tap @ Christian 4tal Pale Ale Festival 2016, Odense. Pours hazy yellow golden with a creamy head. Fresh nose and flavor. Straw, grass and bread. Bitter dry finish! Excellent!

On tap at Christian Firtal Pale Ale Festival. Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of bready malt, herbal hops and a hint of sulphur. Sweetish malty flavour with herbal and spicy hops and a nice bitter finish.

[ As Ølsnedkeren Det Gode Håb ].Unclear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, pale malt, light caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, grain, pale malt, hay. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160227]
