8 oz draft. Aroma is soft yeast, light malt. Flavor follows with a very light mineral character. Show some sweet bread and very mild non-descriptive hop profile. It certainly does end clean. Personal note: Tick number 16,500!!

Brewery draught, 8/30/25.
Clear, bright, copper-golden. Small, white, head.
Soft, with a hint of fruit backed by gentle herbs and honey. Clean but with a rich, mineralesque yeast character. Pepper lingering.
Soft, fruity, gently sweet and malty. Lots of red fruits with pepper and dried herbs. Clean and easygoing with a lot of cracker drying things on the finish. Could be a touch snappier but it's rich and comforting with an interesting fruitiness and light toast.
