Brewery deaught, 5/21/25.
Clear muted copper-amber. Small, off-white head.
Fruity with round, soft caramel and vanilla. Bit of toast, not excessive. Bready, no excess sugar.
Soft and malty, good acidity. Long caramel and molasses with toast pretty minimized. Big pepper and excellent dryness in the finish. Malty and very balanced. Love all the pepper and acid here.

16 oz draft. Aroma shows me, prunes, dates, yeast, and caramel. Flavor is soft in earthy grain and is lightly sweet. Has moderate bitter earthy tones to balance. Medium bodied with soft / creamy carbonation. Nice!

16oz can pours light haze over a copper body. Finger of white head. Grist and Heirloom corn on the nose, yeast, some leaves and clear tea. First running tea in the mouth, astringent, malt and corn and leaves. Medium bodied, tannic finish.

Pour clear mahogany into a willi. Off-white conglomerate head with medium retention recedes to coat surface. Molasses and earthy meadow aromas. Sharp with sweet molasses and raisin brown bread upfront turning to bitter earth and clove in the dry, lasting fnish.
