Bottle: Deep amber coloured with a reddish sheen, small and stable off-white foamy layer, moderate sweetish toasty-roasty and fruity-plummy (indeed!) nose, mild bitterness underneath; mild sweetish-bitter flavour, more light than medium bodied, but quite soft; moderate fruity and sweetish toasty- malty finish with a delicate bitterness in the aftertaste. Not earth-shaking, but quite well drinkable...

Dark brown with a frothy to creamy white head that lingers. Aroma is quite fruity: mostly plum jam and Johannisbeeren. Taste is mildly bitter with increasing tartness at the finish. Body is the light side of medium, dry, smooth. Decent stuff.

11/2/2019. Bottle from Tuffins Supermarket, Craven Arms. Poured mid-brown with a beige head. Aroma of plums, toffee, malt, hops, hint of chocolate and mixed dark fruit jam. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. I quite liked it

Bottle shared at Cotteridge Convention 2017 - cheers all! Pours unclear golden-brown with a frothy, off-white head. Medium sweet flavour, really simple, more berries. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Jammy finish, nips of plum and ripe berries, brown bread. Basic.
