Cask pint: hand-pulled in The Pheasant, Wellington Shropshire on 22nd Dec 2015. Golden/amber pour, full white crown on top. Hop lead and pretty dry throughout with a bit of bitterness from the hop blend too. Expected a little more hop ’smack’ to be honest, but decent enough all the same.

Cask at the Wellington, Birmingham. Poured a crystal clear medium amber with a bubbly white head. The aroma is citrus, woody hop. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a smooth super hop bitter light dry pepper spice palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation and a lingering bitter finish.
