Bottle at the Blue Moon, Cambridge. Light gold, clear with lots of natural carbonation. Very malty with muted citrus. Clean bittersweet taste, pleasant but not a lot to it. Turns slightly more bitter on the short to medium finish. Fresh-squeezed orange juice and potato farl on the aftertaste. No complaints, and it’s certainly tasty and refreshing, but lacking in the intensity I’ve come to expect from Yeastie Boys.

330ml bottle into pint glass. Nose of distant malt and light hops. Cloudy golden beer with thin white head. A few bubbles ascend in the murkiness. Light and refreshing with a nice citric/malt finish. Simple, well-balanced and super easy drinking. Would go well with spicy food.
