Coming in at 5.2 % ABV, this is the second of our beers to be unveiled at Indy Man Beer Con 2014. Brewed with three classic US hops, four malts and a big dose of unrefined sugar to give a rich, caramel coloured and powerful IPA that we expect to be in great demand when it becomes available after Indy Man Beer Con in mid October.

Cask. Beer Engine, Sheffield. Amber colour with a light haze. Thin, creamy, clingy, off white head. Soft toffee malts. Brown sugar. Fruity hop along the lines of oranges and peach. Taste is rich sweet. Decent hop bitterness. Good balance. Smooth, fullish palate. Bitterness takes over the sweetness on the finish.

Cask gravity at Reading Beer Festival 2015. Clear dark amber colour lasting off white head. Some hop on the aroma. sweetish in the mouth. Some mild pepper hop on the finish. Yes some caramel and some pink grapefruit. Malt caramel led ipa but I liked it. Dry. Complex. Interesting

Cask at the Victoria, Birmingham. Poured a hazy mediun amber with a frothy white head and lots of clingy lace. The aroma is resin hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a big zesty citrus fruit nettle hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask @ Blue Pig, Manchester. Copper with a bit of a glow and a small creamy head. Has a sugary nose with plenty of sugar in its taste alongside a balance of hops and malts.
