Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is rich nettle hop, citrus fruit. The flavour is medium bitter with a big woody resin hop light toothpaste spice palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

15th June 2014
Murky amber beer, good pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry. Fine carbonation. Smooth malts, trace of caramel. Hops are piney pith with light ripe generic fruits. Like a bunch of recent Arbor beers there is a dusty feel to this. Dry finish. Tasty but the dusty feel starts to annoy.

Bottle from Corks of Cotham. Amber, with a slight haze, and decent, off-white head. Light, tangerine, grassy hop and sweet malt aroma. Easy drinking for the ABV, with plenty more citrus fruits, gentle, almost creamy, malts and a dryish finish. A good IPA.

On tap at The Holborn Whippet after the Thames Tipple, Saturday 17th May 2014 Pours amber with some filminess atop, sweet in fact too sweet. This initially displaying a slight chemically taint, which to be fair soon disappeared, so not sure what that was. We had this alongside the ever dependable Bristol Beer Factory Southville Hop the latter winning out. ok A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.2
