Do you ever lay in bed at night wondering what would happen if we double decocted our flagship Haus Pils recipe, fermented it with Czech lager yeast and then dry hopped it with Michigan grown Zuper Saazer and Oregon Sterling? Ya us too. Slightly more malt body than Huas pils, balanced with fresh hoppy notes of Bermudagrass clippings and lime zest.

16oz can is a clear gold with some ringing white head. Nose has malt and corn and straw. Flavor has dried grass and nice malt, tannic, chewy. Finishes dry. Crispy.

Aroma is freshly cut grass, lemony, biscuity. Taste has a lingering herbal bitterness, finishing dry. More New World than Old World,

Can from Tavour. Pours clear gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma is herbal/spicy with crackery malt in support. Med body. Dry and bitter. Flavor is the aroma with a little grass added. Very nice.
