Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 33B: bourbon / 30A: coffee / 31B: maple syrup / 20C). Bottle 33 cl - Batch 31.12.2029 (BB: 31.12.2029) AROMA: medium-high roasted malt and coffee with a predominant sweet background with medium-low vinous alcoholic notes. APPEARANCE: very dark brown color and opaque with no highlights. no head. TASTE: medium-high sweet coffee flavor with medium-low boozy vinous notes. low to very low bitterness. finishes sweet with notes of coffee and slight roastiness. MOUTHFEEL: full body with almost no carbonation. warmth from alcohol. OVERALL: a very sweet imperial stout with detectable boozy notes but not associated with bourbon, which is strange.

Tap at BPBW 2025. Blackish body, off-white head. Coffee and some maple dominate the huge malty aroma. Sweet taste, light coffee, some maple, light alcohol, smooth, ending dry, quite nice!

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours black, no head. Aroma is full of intense maple syrup, plenty of coffee, and a touch of bourbon. Flavour is rich, with lots of dark sugars, maple syrup, coffee, and bourbon. Super sweet but has plenty of coffee and maple syrup. Good.

On tap at MBCC 2025, red session. Pours dark brown. Coffee, maple, burnt bread on the nose. Flavour has coffee, maple sugar, burnt sugar. Not bad.
