This beer is a collaboration between All In Brewing and Brouwerij De Molen. A rich Swedish whisky oak aged imperial stout that we brewed with some sweet and salty liquorice. Drink it today or in a couple of years. Do not fear the dark side!

Bottle at the Bishops Arms, Park Avenue, Goteborg 21/03/14. Pitch black with a moderately appointed dirty tan head that dissipates to edgeville. Nose is big roast, booze, toffee, dark chocolate, more roast. Taste comprises bitter roastings, toffee fudge, molasses, dark chocolate ganache, sweet licks. Full bodied, fine carbonation, sweet close with a little booze. Ok impy.

Flaska från SB. Svart vätska med kaffefärgat skum. Kaffe och sprit i doften med lite lakrits i bakgrunden. Strävt svart kaffe återkommer i smaken som lägger sig längt bak på tungan. Därefter följer en tydlig lakritssmak. Och slutligen fylls munhålan av en utbredande alkoholkropp. Lång eftersmak.

Bottle at the Bishops Arms, Park Avenue, Gothenburg. Poured a dark mahogany with a round light tan head. The aroma is rich alcoholic malt and molasses. The flavour is strong bitter with a rich frothy alcoholic bitter palate. The alcohol is taking over here and burning a little too much. Full bodied with soft carbonation. Could be a great but needs more work.

Bottled at Bishops Arms Avenyn, Gothenburg. Perfectly black, small beige head. Aroma of menthe and licorice. Mid sweet with full body and dense mouthfeel. Eucalypthus, tobacco, coffee, licorice and molasses. Heavylicorice, syrup and aniseed. Warming finish.

On tap at Mikkeller Bar Stockholm. Black with a minimal head. Aroma and taste of licorice, oak, whisky and chocolate. Some tartness in the taste. Fairly thick mouthfeel. An ok one.

Smak och doft av kraftig mörk choklad, rostade toner, vanilj, kaffe, saltlaktris, trä, russin. Rund och len och mycket aromer som framträder. Tydlig bitterchokladbeska som dra ner betyget något då det stör helhetsupplevelsen. Godare ju närmare den når rumstemperatur vid servering.

From tap. Pours pitch black with a small brown head. Aroma is liquorice, dark malty and somewhat breadish. Bitter and liquorice flavoured. Lasting long malty finish. Nice.
