12 oz. can from Total Wine, Scottsdale, AZ. Pours a hazy amber color with a thick off-white head and great retention. Good lacing. Soft caramel malt aroma. Caramel malt flavor too, with a light bitter finish. Pretty typical amber ale profile, but smoother and less bitter than average. Medium body. Low carbonation. Not bad.

Taster at the Yavapai Tavern at the Grand Canyon. Pours a hazy brown color, with a medium, beige head. The aroma is butter toffee, rotting flowers, rye bread, and resin. Not very sweet, with an off bitterness. Medium body, with a sticky, clingy palate. This is a weak, unpleasant beer.
