La dernière bière que nous annonçons pour notre Release Pirntanier et non la moindre. Voici Out of Éclat, une bière brassée avec nos amis de RAR Brewing. Nous avons mis le paquet pour avec une smoothie sour qui combine purée de banane, amande, marshamallow, chocolat et crème glacée au chocolat. Le résultat est spectaculaire sur des notes de desserts au chocolat et noix avec une touche de banane. On vous rappelle qu'il est primordial de garder vos canettes au froid !

Bottle: Poured an amber hazy/cloudy color ale with a small foamy head with good lacing. Aroma of banana/chocolate milkshake with light tart notes.Taste is also a mix of banana and chocolate with some light tart notes and faint almond. Body is full with OK carbonation. Intertsign smoothie sour but not sure I would need to drink this on a regular basis.

A murky dark purplish brown ale with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity mix of tart berries, plums, vanilla, cherry jello, interesting. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light grape pop, cherry certs, vanilla, very nice. On tap at Hautes Plaines location.
