Moderately grainy-sweet malt flavour with a soft, rounded palate impression, supported by a medium hop bitterness. The finish is soft and dry. Fermentation profile is clean and the hops are noticeable, but malt dominates in the palate, finish, and aftertaste.

Hazy gold with a fine-bubbled, creamy head. The aroma has sweet bread notes. Medium body, low carbonation, but creating a pleasant foam in the mouth. The palate is malty and has a slight herbal bitterness. It's quite good.

33cl can via Beer52, drank at home on 15th June 2025. Slight haze in the old gold coloured body, snow white crown (at first). Malty Helles and on the sweet side which I liked, some hop action too; most likely the tastiest Italian Lager/Helles I've had, even if the bar is pretty low! Had another 33cl can on 19th June 2025, it really is a decent Helles.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A hazy pale amber coloured pour with a fast fading white head and little carbonation; aroma of yeast and light bready malts; sweet bready malt taste with some caramel; and a grassy bitterness. An unattractive but tasty Helles.

330ml can. Misted gold with well formed white top, decent retention. Aroma has sweet cereal and citric notes without being too sickly. Also hints of grass and spice. Taste sadly has a cardboard flavour element which is a shame as the hops come through well with a citric and spicy niggle, nay wiggle. Slickness to the near medium body. Its ok.
