Can that pours a fairly clean, golden-amber colour with a big frothy-bubbly, warm light beige head, good stay and some foamy lacing. Aromas of caramel, bread, and floral grassiness with the Triple Pearl hops. The taste is quite mild, fitting with the style. Again, breadiness, caramel malts and some light drying finish with a touch of hoppiness. Would be nice to try on cask, to not have this much carbonation - and be easier to drink.

An amber ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, nice caramel malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with light grassy British hops, light mineral notes, light cereal, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

Des arômes complexes relevant des noisettes, de la cassonnade, du pain grillé ainsi que des esters rappelant la cerise.
Liquide ambré cuivré parfaitement limpide avec une mousse de taille moyenne qui descend rapidement.
Pain grillé et noisettes en entrée de bouche avec un léger fond de caramel.
La rétro olfaction fait exploser les notes de noisettes.
La carbonatation est élevée pour le style, même si elle peut être un peu plus élevée en cannette par rapport au cask.
L’amertume est douce, subtilement terreuse et la finale révèle des tons maltés légèrement sucrés.
Une bière maltée mais sans lourdeur ; avec de belles notes de noisettes et de pain grillé.
Sa faible densité la rend très rafraichissante pour une bière maltée.
Un peu trop effervescente cependant.
