Cloudy dark amber beer with fine adhesive white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, yeast and roasted malts. MF is square flat and texture is watery. Tastes somewhat sweetened, malty. Aftertaste is just a little hoppy. Where are the roasted malts from the nose? Nothing special.

Japanese beer brewed in Belgium for Japanese restaurants. Interesting! and the beer was actually quite nice to drink. Pours amber, nice beige head. Aroma is yeasty, light rice notes, some roasted malts coupled with floral scents. Taste, malty, light addition of rice, some caramel with light fruity notes, possibly some dark fruits noted as beer warmed up; raisins. Some floating sediments add medium carbonation beer. Simple and easy to drink, tasty!

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a slightly hazy deep golden with a dense and lively off-white head. Lightly astringent Brettish aroma. Light-bodied with a heavy carbonation, astringent and leathery with a light fruitiness and some yeast. Interesting. 190209

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a huge orangey head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of spices - especially coriander, and caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes os spices - again mainly coriander, leading to a dry spicy finish.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a fizzy off-white head. Dry brett, fruity and yeasty aroma. Mild smoked flavoured, light orange to citrusy fruity with a mild caramel malt base. Ends mild smoked and yeasty, somewhat dry brett-ish. Not clean but not unpleasant as such.

Bottle, thx to JensenTaster. Hazy, orange body topped by a dense, off-white head. Sweet and malty nose with a citrusy fruityness. Rather bitter flavor with citrus and some spices, leading to a fruity and spiced finish with a good sweetness. Dusty, dry, full-bodied mouthfeel. A quite unusual beer but sure drinkable and quite good. (080301)
