Bottle shared in the Beavertown queue. Cheers! Ours hazy orange with a creamy topping. The nose has green pepper, jalapeño. Light sweet flavour with restrained pepper burn, some tangy berries, faint woody dryness. Medium bodied with fine carboantion. Fun finish, a little chili bite, more berry twang. Not bad.

Bottle in the Trillium Q. It pours cloudy amber with a quickly dissipating head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, jammy, raspberry, bread, brioche and green veg. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, raspberry, bright, tart, tangy fruits, mellow chilli, green veg, lemon rind and mouth - pucker with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Way better than expected. More sour than spicy.

Thank you for sharing Antwerp Untappd Crew! Sampled draft @ Swafff 2017! Very hazy red fruit, tanned head. Nose is sour vinegar with huge big vegetable chili. Nose is nice chili, very weird plant, raspberry is low, vegetable chili dominates, big malt, strange brew but oddly appealing,... Body is malt, sour don’t know why, plant,... Very odd but but oddly appealing largely.

Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Pours hazy amber. Aroma is funk, raspberry, bruin. Body is medium, fruity raspberry, sour and acidly tart, lively carbonation. Lightly spicy and rather fruity, still acidic on the palate. Good, but I basically don’t notice the chiluli.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: Pours amber brown with a nice head. Aroma is wine, raspberry, wood, and vinegar. Taste is a little bit tart. The jalapeno comes out ever so slightly in the finish, giving it a nice little flavor without being spicy. I do not know in what world I would have called this a dubbel. It is not. Still, this is pretty damn good.

Draft at Redlight Redlight the night before RBWG 2015. Clear brown with off-white head. Aromas of roasted jalapenos, raspberries. Tastes of pickled and roasted jalapenos, raspberries, light tartness. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Delicious, worked surprisingly well.

Draft at Redlight in the presence of the maestro Raphael. Nice rose wine color, off white head. Nice raspberry aroma with peppers lurking in the background. Taste is very fruity with pepper flesh and a very light touch of heat at the finish. Fascinating aroma combo that works very well. Very tasty and very fruity, I’d like to see even a but more heat, but good stuff!

Red color with small head. Looks already very much like a wine. Aroma is raspberries and jalapeno, bretts, sour, amazing! Taste is vineous, berries, woody, jalapenos, a bit spicy in the finish, but not hot. This is very enjoyable and a great brew!
