This one-off Double Dry Hopped Pale Ale uses the same malt base as our signature DDH Pale but switches up the hops. It showcases crop year 2018 Citra and Mosaic, selected by us at source in Yakima, which proved to be the two most popular varieties to feature in our recent CY18 series of beers.

Can at home from online store. Thanks Cloin. Pours murky dark gold with a decent white cap. Aroma is pineapple, bit of passion fruit, dank hop, smells fresh and juicy. Taste is pineapple, orange, passion fruit joose bomb, bitter dry hop kicks in givinga nice dry balanced finish. Silky smooth. Good stuff

Can from Honest Brew. Murky golden body with a white head. Lively carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of straw and mandarin. Flavour of floral hops, orange, tomato and melon rind. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. This is beautifully balanced.

440ml can. Murky golden, white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, pineapple, tangerine. Taste is very juicy, light sweet, pineapple, tangerine, resin, grapefruit. Medium body. Superb little pale ale, very fresh.

Very cloudy blond to beige beer, big solid creamy white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: oh yes, lovely stuff, very juicy, dank hops, very nice! MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lovely, super juicy, fruity, dank, tropical fruits, soft bitterness, lovely stuff. Aftertaste: nice bitterness, super juicy, dank hops. Love it!

Cloudy, yellow-orange colored, medium white frothy head, lasting. Aroma is very hoppy, citrus and fruits dominate, some pale malt, juicy, light floral. Taste is medium sweet pale malt, light biscuit, medium to heavy hoppiness, citrus and fruity, bit floral with light grassy notes, medium bitterness, dry finish. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, oily.

Keg at London Tap 07/09/19. Some citrus but primarily onions and sweat. Hazy pineapple gold. Thin translucent white head. Light sour citrus with a sweet edge. Light. Slick with a chalky residue. Flat. Abrupt. Decent enough.
