Bottled. Deep amber colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is sweet malts, some mild spices, mash and mild brown sugar tones. Flavour is spicy, brown sugar, some toasted and mild toffee tones along with some strange sweetness.

KØLF 010917. Red amber color with a beige head. Aroma is caramel, malt, grain, dried fruit, floral. Flavor is the same. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

50 cl bottle poured in to a Snifter. Amber colour with a reddish tinge. Thin, off-white head. Sweet, spiced aroma with red berries, caramel malts, herbal impressions, bog myrtle and rye malts. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes sweet with spiced accents and red berries. Not that exciting. Okay drinkable.

Bottle. Clear reddish brown body with a big off-white head. Week in aroma, just some faint caramel malt. Flavor is mild as well with some dark malt, toast and butterscotch. Medium body and weak in aftertaste. Drinkable but boring.

[ As Schiøtz Mørk Vinter Bock ].Clear medium to dark amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, spicy, boiled mesk, brown sugar. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, boiled mesk, sweet malt, spicy, brown sugar, artificial sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20151206] 5-3-5-3-9

Sampled @ The Tenth Official Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2017, Day 2. A clear orange brown beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of liquorice, herbs, cinnamon. Taste of herbal dark malt, ginger, liquorice.

Sampled @ 10th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg, Day 2. Clear amber brown color, decent sized beige head. Smell and taste malts, caramel, herbs or spices, toffee, a hint of raisins. Thinnish texture, average body, average carbonation. Meh.

6 3 6 3 12 Bottle shared at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering ’17 as Mork Bock. Clear brown with a tan head. Aroma of ripe dark fruits, raisin, caramel, toffee and malt. Flavour is above moderate sweet. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
