Panda, courtesy of SaltyGrog, pours with a clear copper colored body that supports an off white head. The aroma offers up inviting dripping fatty brisket love as well as a sense of smoking wood. The taste delivers, thankfully, similar notes where I'm getting highly marbled medium rare ribeye rather than the typical, as amazing though, smokie pork. To midway is found modestly sweet crystal malts just as the smokie wood character moves forward. I dig it and would even prefer a larger smoke presence in the flavor. The aroma is pretty well spot on. Fun beer.

Clear, maple pour at the downtown source. Apple wood smoke, beef fat, aged cheese nose. Wife wanted no part of it because it was so... meaty. Savory smoke, sweet breakfast sausage, very thin, medium-high acid, very slight slickness, good & constant carbonation. Great.

Snifter at Fogtown Bar Harbor. Nose is lightly smoky, dark bread, maple, and a grassy note. Golden amber with a medium cream colored head. Flavor is lightly smoky, sweet maple, a biscuity note.
