Tilt Shift is a sparkling collaboration with Taiwan’s Ugly Half Beer. It’s a refreshing, crisp drink, bright with hoppy aroma of pink grapefruit and juicy mango. Super drinkable with heaps of flavour for the light strength.

Can at home picked up from siren online. A light hazed pale yellow straw coloured pour with a fading fine white head. Aroma is sharp lemon rind, lime, salty, slightly soapy, yuzu. Flavour is composed of light flaked wheat, drying, spicy citrus, lemon, yuzu, pinch of salt, some floral citrus. Palate is crisp and flaky, highish spritzy carbonation. Lingering floral citrus,

[33cl can from Beer52.] A pale lemony straw coloured pour with a flat appearance and a ring of white head; malty lemon aroma; watery in the mouth with some zesty lemon; then a dry floral taste before a sharp zesty lemon finish and a metallic aftertaste. Annoyingly unrefreshing, I’ll need another beer to get over this one.,

330ml can via Beer52. Drank at home on 30th June 2025. Pale golden/yellow body, hazed and weak looking, wispy white head. Citrus nose and taste, a bit 'fizzy' and thin. Not one of Siren's better offerings.

A - orange citrus
f - predominently orange pith
I get that its low ABV but its a bit watery, I think there are other lower abv ipas with more flavour out there

Light, almost watery, dry with a distinct zest bitterness and lemon finish. Zest aroma with a hint of exotic fruit. Drinkable, but not to my taste.

330ml can from Beer52. Semi-hazed yellow-gold with small white head. Aroma of pink grapefruit, lemon, some spiciness. Taste has a mild sharp acidic citrus with mellow grapefruit, peach, grass and straw. Good body for the strength, soft mouthfeel, decent bitterness. Well brewed.

Cask@Charlies Bar, Copenhagen (29/05/2025) - pours a very light golden colour with a small white head. Pleasing citrusy fruity notes of lemon and grapefruit, zesty citrus peel, straw, light malty backing with a soft cask carb mouthfeel and body, bitter hoppy into the close. Tasty and very easy drinking.
