Simply put; we believe that this is one of the finest hop-forward beers we have ever produced. Our brewers have worked tirelessly chasing a standard of DIPA excellence across a multitude of parameters; haze, colour, aroma and the finish are all next level, and a testament to the dedication to process and fine detail from our brew team.

We've used the late harvest Peacharine, a variety from Freestyle Hops that we've enjoyed getting to know better over the last year. It has imparted a complex stone fruit character; an interplay of peach, apricot, nectarine and plum, with hints of cherry blossom, lime zest and candied orange. We're proud of all of our beers but this one is very special indeed, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Refrain I am not, an 11.30am starter after finishing appointments and shopping in Halifax, only beer left now and it's probably going to be the strongest of the next four hours too, although the tropical fruitiness in this full bodied beer hides it. Hazy and somewhat sticky-sweet, citrus and pine combine for plenty of flavour.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, a very mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Super duper Peacharine hop presentation, light juicy fresh peach, candy peach and light nectarine. Cooling pine runs throughout and, a mild hop spice nip on the crisp finish. A delightfully peachy and crushable dipa.

aroma is with a good rounded malty base and a lot of fruity hops, with no off flavors at all. Very pleasing aroma. Could perhaps be a little bit stronger, but what there is, is top of the shelf very good.
flavor is quite bitter hoppy with oranges and peaches flavors, mouthfeel is extremely dry, but palate is soft. pretty good flavor, a tiny bit too exotic fruity for my preferences, and the bitterness is a tiny bit too bittersweet (i prefer pine and grapefruit bitterness) but nevertheless a very balanced , well rounded and tasty strong IPA. It carries it's 8% strength well.

Big juicy Stonefruit nectarine and peach goodness on the nose upon open and taste follows, fresh juicy and pungent, sweet creamy oat and wheat laden malty backbone, assertive balanced bitter hoppy finish. Gorgeous.
