A Hazy DIPA with Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Idaho Gem.

"Fearless is a hazy DIPA with Motueka, Nelson & Idaho Gem. It's a beautiful hop combo with all that NZ funk from our contracted Nelson Sauvin, bright candied lime from our Motueka and punchy grapefruit aromas from Idaho gem.

I highly recommend listening to Pink Floyd’s Meddle album at the same time while drinking this, it’s a magical combo!"

440ml can. Hazy, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with average, dense, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Juicy, citrusy fruity and tropical fruity, minimally herbal-nutty, hoppy aroma, oaty and slightly wheaty malty background, notes of lemon, orange, mandarine, a perfumed touch of lemon peel "at the surface", more "substantial", but slightly disguised notes of guava and passion fruit, some overripe tropical fruit, durian. Taste is sweet, minimally sugary. oaty and wheaty malty, tropical and citrusy fruity hoppy, minimally alcoholic, minimally diluted notes of passion fruit, guava, mango, orange, mandarine; slightly bitter and minimally warming, alcoholic finish.
Slightly creamy, but mainly dissolved sugar enriched, simultaneously alcohol thinned, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, fine, dense, prickly carbonation.
Intensely fruity hoppy, homogeneous, maybe a tad too sweet and sadly a bit boozy - not just not as exciting as some other Factory DIPAs; even slightly substandard regarding the quality of their portfolio.

Can at Goblet with Ogi. Murky golden-yellow body, off-white head. Bit sharp melony-herbal aroma, low citrus, some alcohol. Lean, dry taste, bit oniony, tangerine, herbal, belying the ABV (which does show up), bitterish finish, on the juicier side. Good, not the best today.

Can. Color: Very hazy orange, frothy white head. Aroma: Hoppy, citrus fruit, subtle dank. Taste: Hoppy, zesty tangerine, grapefruit and some lime. Some dank, nettles. Very smooth and quite dense malty base. Moderate to over moderate sweet and bitter. Zesty finish. Over medium body, average carbonation. Nice one.
