Whoa............this is harsh. Flavour is booze mixed with BAD sour malt, and zero hops. Wow. I took two swigs, and i can;t take another. Dran pour!

Tallboy can from a random alimentation in Petit Bourg, Guadeloupe. Crystal clear deep golden color dense white head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of stale cereal. Taste is lightly fruity grains, some alcohol in the finish. Who knew that the Caribbean was such a gold mine of malt likkas?

Il gusto al naso va verso l’orzo. L’intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una discreta resistenza. La grandezza delle bollicine è media, come la carbonazione. L’aspetto del liquido è di limpidezza. Le bollicine sono fini. La carbonazione è abbondante, vivace, persistente ed insistita. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. L’amaro è deciso. L’intensità gustativa è elevata. La persistenza gustativa è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate per una birra impegnativa a causa dell’alta alcolicità. Il finale è setoso e semplice. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L’aroma in bocca ritrova biscotto, orzo, frutta secca e alcol invadente

F: white, rich, lasting. C: gold, clear. A: malt, grassy hops, some biscuit sweet, hint of alcohol. T: rich malty, nice decent grassy bitterness, may be too much sweet but not as bad as it is rated, medium body, good carbo, 0,5l can in Guadeloupe

Can @ Sirmione, Lago di Garda. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, sugar, some faint grass notes. Flavor is sweet, malt, sugar, alcohol. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, sweet finish with warming alcohol. 130815

Appearance: Clear deep golden color with a white head. Some lacing.
Aroma: Moderate sweet malty and mild hoppy. Light alcohol.
Palate: Medium body. A bit sweet sweet and a mild bitterness. Average carbonation.
Taste: Sweet malty and light hoppy. Some alcohol.
Overall impression: Better than feared.

Canette 500ml. de couleur dorée-pâle et claire. Nez de grains de malt pâle sucrés, d’alcool, léger de maïs sucré avec des petites notes de houblon floral. Moyenne-mince en bouche avec un pétillement moyen et une texture huileuse. Goût de grains de malt pâle sucrés lors de l’entrée en bouche suivi d’un goût moyen goût de maïs sucré, le tout englobé dans un goût d’alcool métallique jusqu’en finale, où l’on retrouve également une très légère amertume de houblon floral. Post-goût moyen et sec, légèrement amer d’alcool métallique avec de faibles notes de houblon floral.

Warning! Early amateur rating! Low carbonation for a lager. Strong with a distinctly fruity brandy tone. A little hop bitterness. Very very dry finish. Not hideous but not good.
