The Red Lake Ale is a malt forward ale that is very clean & crisp! Notes of caramel toffee, & subtle roast.

Pours clear amber with a medium sized off-white head, good lacing. Toasted caramel malts, nutty, fruity, sweet grains.

Taster at the brewery in Orlando, FL. Pours a crystal clear dark bronze color with a small off-white head. This has nice toasted caramel notes with a lightly smoky finish, as I like for the style. Also clean and smooth and very drinkable. medium-light body. Medium-light carbonation. Very low bitterness.

Re-badged as Red Lake on my visit. Clear, dark copper/maple syrup, weak white head. Honey, oats, spice, bubbly brown sugar. Probably none of that is in here. Subtly sharp, honey nut Cheerios, rustic bread, odd minerally water, too sweet, medium low carb. Meh.
