Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 14/12/2025.
Black with a tan head that escapes edgewards.
Nose is figgy jam, dark malts, booze tunes, molasses, chocolate, barrel tones.
Taste comprises chocolate dipped bananas, toasted brown sugar, caramel, light spice, coconut, rummy vibes.
Full bodied, oily feel, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost.
Solid sipper.

Opaque dark brown beer, small bubbly tan head that lasts no time at all. Viscous smooth palate, modest fine carbonation, which is fine for a hefty brew like this. Soft rich viscous chocolate malts, dark chocolate biscuits, ice cream van chocolate syrup. Boozy chocolate liqueur that blends seamlessly with boozy and fairly rich rum barrel. Light but pleasing coconut on the end, bringing good Bounty Bar vibes. Banana? Well if your looking for it, a touch of bruised banana on the back end. Smooth boozy finish. A rich and decadent treat. My only bit pick is, I don't think you would ever know this was a barleywine and not an Impy.

Tewks draught, 9/20/25.
Dark, clear. Tiny head.
Heavily floral rum is aromatic and not boozey or sharp. Banana and coconut are tasteful here and complement the barrel and the deep, rich, fudgey malts. Caramel, raisin, vanilla, all the while dried out by the rum character.
Rich and syrupy, sweet and malty but not close to cloying. Getting a cinnamon vanilla character first and foremost. Definitely some bananas foster. Fudgey malts with big raisin and fig comfort and the rum gives a floral dryness free of alcohol or sharpness. Lovely balance, richness, yet very approachable for the abv and all the crap going on here. Tree House rarely misses these days on the barreled stuff; even with the more ambitious entries such as this.
