Bottle from the brewery. Cloudy amber lively fine carbonation, tan foam. Elderberry, rural clove nose. Medium body, chewy, mellow dry. Sweet fruity, orangepeel, flowery finish.

Creamy white fair mostly diminishing head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy not pleasent aroma. Light bitter realy ugly ginger/honey flavor. Short finish. watery palate.

Bottle 50 cl. Comes a slow gusher. Rather fizzy pour. Hazy golden with a white head. Interesting aroma, which I cannot really associate with neither honey, nor ginger though. Medium body, very soft mouthfeel, sweet malty acents with a hint of ginger. No real traces of the honey, unless that's what gives the beer its delicate smoothness. Nice one. 240521 PS Only 6,0% in my version.

Bottle 500ml. @ [ pre-TTOD(U)RBSG17 - The Tenth Official Danish (Ulfborg) Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2017 ] @ fonefan - Brugmansia house, Denmark. [ As Aarø Gåsefod ].Clear medium to light yellow - amber orange colour, speaking, with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, belgium yeast, fruity yeast, bubble gum, mint. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, mint, belgium yeast, bubble gum. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is lively. [20170818] 5-3-4-2-8

50 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild spiced, estery and phenolic. Toasted malty and mild spiced. Medium dry and estery. Toasted finish.

Sampled @ 10th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg, Day 1. Hazy dark orange color, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste wheat, malts, herbal, spices, a bit sweet. Decent to medium body and carbonation. Meh, don’t like it.

Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are herbs, spices, honey, malt and hops. Sweet finish.

Bottle, TTOD(U)RBSG17. Hazy amber, white froth. Light malty aroma, yeast, mild spice and honey. Yeasty honey flavour. Not much of the promised ginger, fortunately.

Bottle, 6.7%. Hazy golden with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast, fruit peel, spices and hop. Flavour is malt, caramel, spices, wheat, over carbonated, medium sweet, ginger, herbs, honey and a little bitter.
