Celebrating the return of the something good series with truly gorgeous DIPA action! On top of a luscious oat heavy body, we focussed on maximum hop saturation through high survivable hops in the whirlpool - Centennial, Krush Lupomax, Mosaic BBC and Mosaic Dynaboost, and through a hop dip utilising Krush Hyperboost. We paired this beautifully saturated base with a whopping 28g/l dry hop featuring Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic Hyperboost, Mosaic BBC, Mosaic T90, Simcoe Cryo and Simcoe T90 with the dry hop load split pre-fermentation and post-fermentation.

Citrusy orange and grapefruit with tropical guava and papaya, some mango and peach Stonefruit notes in play as well, nice and juicy, creamy sweet malty backbone, robust hoppy finish. Great stuff.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly off white head that does not last. Smooth light pale malts, a thin bodied but pleasing creamy sweetness. Good cooling pine into nice juicy stone fruits and tropical fruits. Hop spice and a little tangy stone fruits before a light and semi dry finish. Long hop spicy linger. A tad thin bodied overall but, really enjoying the hop intensity.

500ml can from the tappy. Murky golden, small white head. Aroma of orange and mango, guava. Taste of mango, guava, orange, grapefruit, big citrusy finish. Medium-ish bodied, but sort of light and airy in some sips, carbonation a bit high perhaps - only thing letting it down really, as otherwise a great Deya DIPA.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 1206/2025.
Murky orange topped with a big old lasting just off white head.
Nose is orange pith, juicy tropical fruits, mandarin, papaya, guava, ripe melon, passionfruit.
Taste comprises bitter orange, pink grapefruit, light dank whisper, papaya, mandarin, hop spice, pine resin.
Medium bodied, soft massaging carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Solid stuff ... crushable, bitter, juicy, balanced ... best Deya in a while!
